Leadership Coaching

We work closely with the employer to identify key objectives for the employee. An EPS consultant will meet with the employee one-on-one and establish a comfortable setting for the coached individual to explore issues in an environment that allows for frank and productive discussion.

A multi-rater leadership assessment may be used post-training to allow the leader to receive anonymous evaluations from a range of people they work with, such as managers, peers, and direct reports. The feedback is used to help leaders increase their self-awareness, effectiveness, and influence.
