- 7+ years of employment law experience managing, investigating, and advising on employee relations issues, including workplace complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation;
- A love of client development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an established network of potential clients;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating training and presentations face-to-face and virtually; and
- A focus on building respectful workplaces, including experience working to strengthen organizational cultures, HR policies, and employee engagement?
