For more than 25 years, we have collaborated with organizations nationwide to build cultures of respect through high-quality training, objective and unbiased complaint investigations, human resources and employment law expert testimony, and a wide range of human resources consulting services.
We have committed to clients (and ourselves) to facilitate honest, respectful, and challenging conversations about bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations and communities. To that end, we are growing our team with an eye to deepening the content of our educational offerings and engaging an array of voices who may add insight and perspective.
