We work closely with federal entities to create courses that meet specific objectives – both to remain compliant and to build and foster cultures of respect.
Our instructors are experienced, licensed employment attorneys who have a thorough knowledge of employee relations and the legal ramifications of behavior and who bring practical, real-world experience to each class. Our training courses are highly customized – including specific policies, hypothetical scenarios specific to each entity, and videos designed to promote discussion, interaction, and - most importantly - retention of key concepts.
We structure each course, whether it is delivered in person, via virtual live training, or on-demand, to meet the specific needs of each entity.
