HR Practices Assessments/Gap Analyses
Our HR practices assessments/gap analyses compare the organization’s current HR practices, procedures, policies, and strategies to industry best practices. By identifying any gaps or shortcomings, our consultants are able to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance existing practices
We work with the client to determine the scope of the assessment or analysis, which may be comprehensive or focus on discrete areas. Upon completion, a comprehensive report will include recommendations regarding changes to existing practices or the creation of new practices or procedures where needed.
