Our hiring and interviewing course covers the necessity of accurate job descriptions, recruiting methods, managing applicants and offers, background and reference checks, fairly and effectively selecting among applicants, avoiding discrimination claims, and the impact of affirmative action policies on the recruiting process. Participants learn specific interviewing skills, including what types of questions should and should not be asked during an interview.
