Sexual Harassment

EPS's sexual harassment training courses for managers provide an in-depth understanding of why sexual harassment is a problem for organizations and how to prevent it, including by defining sexual harassment under the law and organizational policy, providing strategies for preventing and addressing sexual harassment, and discussing management responsibilities for recognizing inappropriate behavior, conducting investigations, and taking corrective action. Special emphasis is placed on confidentiality, non-retaliation, and minimizing risk and liability.

For employees, the course covers what is and is not appropriate behavior in the workplace, what is expected under organizational policy, how to treat others with respect and avoid the role of harasser or victim, and what to do if harassing behavior occurs.
