2021 marks the 25th year of sustaining our mission at EPS of promoting respectful organizations through high-quality and interactive training, objective and unbiased complaint investigations, human resources and employment law expert testimony, and a wide range of other human resources consulting services.
EPS was founded in 1996 by two attorneys and an entrepreneur who understood the benefits of building respect within organizations and recognized the opportunity to collaborate with them to move toward their own respectful, productive, and engaged environments.
During the last 25 years, our client base has grown to encompass industries and organizations of all kinds and sizes, including Fortune 100 companies, small businesses of all types, government entities, institutions of higher education, and nonprofit organizations. Our expertise in creating customized, highly interactive and impactful training, conducting timely, thorough, and impartial investigations, and delivering insightful expert witness and consulting services – all delivered both virtually and in-person, has made EPS the leading source for those services nationwide.
As we look ahead, we reaffirm our mission and broaden and deepen it through our work on facilitating challenging discussions about bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We commit to engaging with our clients in navigating a post-COVID workplace – whether continuing to provide our services virtually or addressing new issues created by the inevitable shifts in how and where organizations conduct business. Lastly, we remain committed to our distinguishing characteristics as a women-owned business with a diverse consultant team of employment law attorneys, all of whom will continue to work closely with human resources departments, in-house counsel, outside counsel, and organizational leadership to develop customized solutions to meet client objectives responsively, creatively, ethically, and with the highest levels of skill and expertise.
