EPS conducts a workshop-style session regularly used for individuals or teams who want to improve performance or are having difficulty communicating and working together effectively. This course is necessarily tailored to the unique needs of each client but often combines instructor led training with a personality test to fully enhance the interaction of individuals and/or teams.
Utilizing one or more temperament sorters and/or personality tests to determine the personality types and dynamics within the group in question, the instructor assesses the individual and team work preferences, communication preferences, and conflict management style. The assessments combined with the course work and case studies provide helpful information on how to work effectively with others of similar and different personality styles.
Except when clients opt for a condensed presentation, all group and individual classes are delivered in a workshop format driven by participant interaction. All classes are customized with respect to content and length.
