This class teaches the principles of effective, non-discriminatory performance reviews and coaching/counseling sessions that evaluate performance and skills related to a particular job. Emphasis is placed on effective documentation, performance enhancement, and accuracy.
Except when clients opt for a condensed presentation, all group and individual classes are delivered in a workshop format driven by participant interaction. All classes are customized with respect to content and length.
