EPS has developed the HR Audit SolutionTM (The Audit), a comprehensive review of the client’s Human Resource department and employment practices. The Audit is an effective response to specific issues, such as a sexual harassment complaint, but it is also an excellent tool for employers seeking to proactively enhance employee relations while ensuring compliance with important HR benchmarks.
