I am pleased to recommend the outstanding services offered by Employment Practices Solutions. As Vice President and Associate General Counsel-Labor for Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (formerly with SFX Entertainment, Inc., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clear Channel), I am responsible, in part, for overseeing anti-harassment training for our 50,000+ employees nationwide. I am also charged with supervising the organization’s equal employment efforts and the investigations of discrimination complaints. In 1998, I began working with EPS to assist me with meeting the training and investigation needs of my organization nationwide.

EPS was first recommended to me by a respected employment law firm. After reviewing the training materials, I felt that EPS’ training courses were of the highest quality and its trainers the most qualified to work with Clear Channel employees. The EPS consultants have taken the time to familiarize themselves with Clear Channel policies and with the specific problems faced by Clear Channel employees. They use materials and examples that are geared toward our industry and relevant to our employees. EPS’ state-of-the-art computer presentations and lively classes presented to all levels of the company concluded with outstanding reviews from our employees. EPS has provided Clear Channel with hundreds of hours of training in over 20 cities. The superb anti-harassment training has enhanced the working environment of our employees and has resulted in a positive atmosphere of respect.

With the success of EPS’ live training efforts, we began to utilize other services offered by EPS. We are very pleased with the Real Solutions videos and booklets and have distributed them to our offices across the country for orientation purposes. Finally, Clear Channel has relied on EPS to conduct thorough and effective one-on-one counseling sessions with Clear Channel managers who occasionally need special attention and additional education. These one-on-one sessions have enabled the managers to recognize any shortfalls in their management skills and have given them tools to use when faced with sensitive situations.

In my role as Director of Human Resources Services for Clear Channel Worldwide, I have partnered with EPS for employee relations training and investigations of employee complaints. Throughout the years, EPS has teamed with me to provide numerous training courses for employee through executive level members of Clear Channel’s team.
