Performance Management - Management Skills

Our effective management training course focuses on the actions required by managers to build respect and to understand and execute management functions-- interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary discussions, and terminations—while remaining legally compliant. The courses places emphasis on communication and conflict resolution skills and focuses on providing appropriate and relevant feedback to employees.
