The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s May Newsletter featured our whitepaper “Twenty-Year Sexual Harassment Retrospective: A Celebration of Progress, A Confirmation of What Works, A Commitment to Continuous Change.”
The whitepaper was written by our co-founders Pamela F. Hutchins, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Laurie R. Jones, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP as a retrospective of sexual harassment and the twenty years after the landmark 1998 decisions Farragher and Ellerth in the context of the viral #MeToo movement.
