EPS Announces Leadership Change

Employment Practices Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jill Rorschach, Esq., Senior Consultant and Shareholder will assume the role of EPS President effective October 25, 2021. Jill Joined EPS in October 2018 from her previous role as Managing Director and Head of Employee Relations and Human Resources Policy at Citigroup, Inc. where she led the team responsible for ER investigations, regulatory and policy work in North America, as well as global oversight of HR Ethics. Jill received her B.A. from Texas Tech University and her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Since joining EPS, Jill has demonstrated leadership in the areas of client development and in the delivery of training, investigations, and human resource consulting services for clients nationwide. Jill has recently led a team of EPS investigators working with an EPS Fortune 100 client.

Stephanie Davis, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP will step down from the President role and will join Princeton University as Investigations Unit Director.

I know EPS is in very good hands and I look forward to observing Jill’s leadership in action,” comments Stephanie Davis. “I’m honored and humbled that the Board has entrusted me with the leadership of this fantastic organization,” said Jill of her transition to the role of EPS President. “It’s been my privilege to work with and learn from Stephanie over the last three years as I got to know her and the incredibly talented group of EPS consultants who deliver top notch services to our clients every day. Stephanie leaves behind big shoes to fill and I’m excited to have the opportunity to work alongside our amazing corporate team to help take EPS into this next chapter.“

We are continuing the strong EPS tradition of promoting from within and look forward to Jill’s continued contributions to EPS in her leadership role and in her ongoing work with EPS clients.
