The RealSolutions® Harassment Prevention Booklets are designed to complement the RealSolutions® video products, but can also be used as a stand-alone tool for your anti-harassment initiatives, EPS’ Harassment Prevention Booklets provide managers and employees with guidelines on appropriate workplace behavior, what to do when harassment occurs, and information on the complaint process. The booklets are also a useful reference tool that is available long after training has been conducted, serving as documentation of the policy and training measures you have implemented to prevent and correct sexual harassment.

Each 8.5 x 5.5 booklet is bound with an attractive color cover and includes a table of contents and an employee acknowledgement form. EPS can customize the booklets with your organization's logo and/or actual policies and procedures.
