EPS will deliver any of its training topics in an individual, one-on-one session to meet the goals of the client. One-on-one training allows for sensitive issues to be addressed specifically and in a private and confidential setting. Our consultants work closely with clients to assess the needs and goals of the training and customize content accordingly.
The length of the course will be determined based on the content to be covered.
Many clients select one-on-one training for a number of reasons, including:
- to address problematic behavior in the workplace,
- to address sensitive topics with employees or managers,
- to commit employees to a behavioral modification process, and
- to coach an employee or manager for performance improvement.
