Hiring and interviewing courses trainees learn about the necessity of job descriptions, the range of recruiting methods and when to use each, how to handle job applicants and offers, background and reference checking, how to avoid discrimination claims in selecting employees and affirmative action policies and how they impact the recruiting process. The course also focuses on specific interviewing skills including what questions are illegal and what questions should be asked during the interview.

EPS training courses are unique in their customization – including the integration of your company policies, the use of hypotheticals that are specific to your workplace and the use of HD videos filled with scenarios designed to promote discussion, interaction and mostly importantly – retention of key concepts. EPS also provides a master copy of the participant handout that tracks the presentation for distribution to trainees.
