This course focuses on handling discipline to minimize conflict and maximize employee performance, and conducting legally sound and respectful terminations. Participants will thoroughly explore the issues that should be examined before disciplinary and termination decisions are made. Classes are customized to reflect particular areas of concern and the specific organizational culture involved.
Except when clients opt for a condensed presentation, all group and individual classes are delivered in a workshop format driven by participant interaction. All classes are customized with respect to content and length.
