Sensitivity Training

Enhancing sensitivity through one on one or group training by an EPS human resource expert is an important tool for the correction of employee misconduct, including allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination and performance issues. When workplace behavior may not warrant termination and you are prepared to invest in the rehabilitation of a high-potential employee or group of valued employees, sensitivity coaching is the ideal solution.

An EPS consultant knowledgeable about employment law and skilled in the resolution of employee relations issues works with an individual or group of employees to:

  • Educate on the legal and policy reasons why certain conduct is problematic;
  • Commit the employee(s) to a plan for behavioral modification based upon specific and measurable goals; and
  • Minimize the likelihood of future problems, thereby bolstering your legal defenses should complaints lead to lawsuits.

The material covered in such a session depends upon the situation, but may include such topics as:

EPS consultants work closely with clients to analyze their needs and devise a plan to instill and reinforce important principles.  

Except when clients opt for a condensed presentation, all group and individual classes are delivered in a workshop format driven by participant interaction. All classes are customized with respect to content and length.
