EPS partners with employers to improve the performance of their organizations, one employee at a time. It is estimated that the return on investment in executive coaching is 100-500%.

When a valued employee is in need of coaching for leadership or skill development, performance improvement, succession planning, onboarding, or other issues, EPS provides executive coaching expertise to address the situation with a highly customized approach.

EPS works closely with the employer to identify key concerns and goals for the employee. Next, an EPS Consultant will meet with the employee one-on-one to determine a ‘fit’ for a coaching relationship. EPS creates a ’safe’ environment for the coached individual to disclose and explore issues they might never address in front of colleagues or superiors. Because the coach is not burdened by organizational biases or power structures, these discussions tend to be more authentic and effective.

Over the course of the coaching relationship – typically consisting of weekly meetings (in person, over the phone or virtually) for 3-6 months – the employee is required to complete a comprehensive self-analysis, various assessments, a development plan with time-bound self-contracts, and a presentation on their learning and goals.
EPS believes the role of the coach is to draw the answers out of the employee with an emphasis on creative problem solving and decision making. The EPS coach works to transition the employee back to full independence while assisting the organization as needed to create and enhance management effectiveness.
