Prevent Harassment & Discrimination

EPS consults with employers to implement proven practices to prevent claims of harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Based on court decisions and the experience of EPS human resource experts, the following are critical to the prevention of all forms of harassment and discrimination:

  • Draft and publish well-written anti-harassment policies, then review and update them periodically.
  • Provide proactive anti-harassment training, including group or one-on-one training and sensitivity coaching as needed.
  • Ensure effective complaint intake.
  • Conduct impartial and thorough complaint investigations.
  • Take appropriate corrective action following a harassment complaint.

EPS is qualified to assist clients at any stage of the process to support preventative measures.
