Wendy Bailey, Director of Corporate Operations, joined EPS in 2003 as Manager of Corporate and Client Relations where she leveraged her management background to support EPS clients with their continuing employee relations issues. She is often the first point of contact for new clients, assisting them in determining the best set of EPS services to meet their organizational needs. In 2008, Wendy was promoted to the position of Director of Corporate Operations where in addition to her previous responsibilities, she also handles consultant and financial management issues for EPS.

Prior to joining EPS, Wendy was the Payroll Supervisor for Dave and Buster’s, Inc. where her responsibilities included oversight of all aspects of payroll for 6800 + employees in 12 states, implemented policies and procedures and supervised a staff of seven. Before Dave and Busters, Inc., Wendy worked in Human Resources at Brinker International supporting Operations Management and Human Resources Field and Home Office personnel in matters concerning employee status changes; provided assistance and guidance related to employee relocations by counseling management on specific policies and guidelines; assisted salaried employees and their supervisors for purposes of career planning and performance evaluation; implemented audit process to ensure the integrity of HR data; prepared performance review notices for distribution; interpreted and input employee transactions into PeopleSoft.
