Nancy Dearborn, Esq. recently joined EPS after more than twenty-five years in law and human resources. She has served in managerial and executive positions, and is experienced as a coach and counselor to rising managers as well as executive teams. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, change management, recruiting strategies, policy development, employee retention, and performance management. She is also a seasoned investigator, having led investigations into complex and sensitive matters such as employment-related fraud, harassment, and discrimination.
Since joining EPS, Nancy has investigated internal employee complaints, conducted harassment and discrimination trainings in both the U.S. and Canada. She has also provided in-depth and hands-on instruction to managers on a variety of performance management issues.
Nancy is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Texas School of Law, where she was Notes Editor of the Law Review.
