Lori Waxman, Esq., joined EPS in November 2010 with over 15 years of employment law experience. Prior to joining EPS, Lori was Counsel, Assistant Vice President and the Team Leader for Corporate Affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she counseled clients throughout the Bank on significant policy and corporate issues and on employment law matters. Lori advised on employee policies, benefits and ethical matters, as well as on terminations of employment and disciplinary situations.

Working closely with the Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity departments, Lori also conducted training sessions and assisted in EEO investigations. Before her in-house career, Lori was an associate in the Labor & Employment group at Kaye Scholer, where she counseled clients on a full range of employment issues and defended against administrative charges and civil lawsuits involving alleged violations of Title VII, the ADEA, ADA , FMLA and FLSA. Immediately before joining EPS, Lori worked as a legal recruiter for Pittleman & Associates, where she conducted legal searches for both law firms and corporations using her experience in both settings to help candidates chart well-planned careers.

Lori received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 1992, where she was also Notes & Comment Editor of the of the Law Review, and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Wesleyan University in 1988, where she was the recipient of the Davenport Prize. Lori is admitted to practice law in New York.
