Jody Stein, Esq.Consultant Los Angeles, California  Jody Stein, Esq., joined EPS in October 2010 with extensive experience as an employment law litigator. While working for the Los Angeles firm of Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, Jody represented employees in all areas of employment law including sex, race, disability and age discrimination, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, breach of contract and sexual harassment. Jody has expertise in all aspects of employment litigation. She reviewed and evaluated the merits of potential clients' claims, conducted witness interviews, and took depositions. Jody was particularly adept in the legal research and writing essential to litigation. She litigated cases through to their conclusions, including settlement negotiations and trials.
Jody attended the University of California at Santa Barbara from which she received her B.A. in Political Science. She then moved to New York to attend Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. She is admitted to practice in California and New York. |
