Katie Colvin, Esq. is a consultant in the Chicago area. She has a unique perspective on the needs of clients, as she recently rejoined EPS after holding an in-house counsel role supporting the HR function of a fast-paced sales organization with over 6,500 employees. While Katie’s “specialty” is in the realm of group and one-on-one sensitivity training, she also provides a full-range of HR consulting services including employee complaint investigations and policy review and development for large and small companies. Katie has helped both large and small clients in a variety of industries throughout the United States and Canada navigate and resolve their employee relations issues.
