Katie Colvin, Esq. is a consultant in the Chicago area. She has a unique perspective on the needs of clients, as she recently rejoined EPS after holding an in-house counsel role supporting the HR function of a fast-paced sales organization with over 6,500 employees. While Katie’s “specialty” is in the realm of group and one-on-one sensitivity training, she also provides a full-range of HR consulting services including employee complaint investigations and policy review and development for large and small companies. I am happy to provide a reference for Employment Practices Solutions (EPS). We have been working with EPS for approximately two years with our Employee Relations Unit in Human Resources here at Baylor. They have provided process audit services for us and also EEOC compliance training. We continue to work together to provide college wide EEOC training to all levels of employees, faculty, staff and managers.
It's very easy to provide a reference. They are simply outstanding in all of the work they do for us. We have found them to be responsive, reliable and on target with the work they have provided. We have a particularly challenging assignment to train the entire College regarding EEOC compliance materials. We have had 100 percent compliance and complete satisfaction from all persons trained. Their ability to customize the information for targeted audiences is outstanding. We couldn't have asked for better partners.
