Our Approach

EPS partners with employers in an effort to prevent and correct employment practices complaints while maintaining positive employee relations.

We leverage the expertise of employment attorneys and human resource professionals to provide compelling live and web-based training, workplace investigations, expert testimony, sensitivity coaching, and general HR consulting.

We work with human resource departments, in-house counsel, outside counsel, and management to customize services to meet the specific needs and goals of the client. Training courses are customized to fit the company culture and type(s) of employees attending the training, address special issues or concerns in the workplace, and include company policies and procedures.
