What do EPS Consultants Do?

EPS Consultants provide human resource consulting services to clients of all sizes. Our services include live training, investigations, complaint hotlines, audits, mediations/facilitations, expert testimony and one-on-one counseling to employees.

What are the Requirements to be an EPS Consultant?

To be considered for a consulting role at EPS, you must be an employment attorney with a minimum of 5 years experience. Consultants are talented, knowledgeable, and experienced trainers with strong communication skills.

Additionally, they are experienced investigators of harassment and discrimination complaints. Consultants are also rock solid in their knowledge of all elements of human resources law. Ideal candidates have a comfort level with marketing and client development skills and possess a strong network of potential clients. EPS Consultants are independent contractors.

EPS Consultants choose this work to be in control of their lives and achieve work-life balance. The hours each Consultant chooses to work are flexible – ranging from full time to several days per week.
