Employment Practices Solutions, Inc. (EPS) is a human resource consulting organization delivering compliance training and HR solutions to employers. Our employee relations products and services are designed to aide employers in preventing, correcting, and defending against employment related claims and to encourage a positive work environment. Our partnership with clients includes offering investigations of employee complaints, live training, one-on-one sensitivity coaching, human resource audits, and general HR consultation.

Company Background

EPS is based in Southlake, Texas and was founded in 1996 by two attorneys and a businessman who saw an immediate need to proactively assist organizations in limiting their legal exposure in the employment area and to enhance employee relations. EPS’s client base quickly expanded to Fortune 100 companies and public sector entities located around the nation. Since 1996, EPS has added quality consultants and offices throughout the U.S. to better service its growing client base and enter new geographic markets.

EPS continues to provide the services that formed the base of operations in 1996: a variety of live training and consulting services, including compensation studies, creation and/or review of job descriptions and personnel handbooks, investigations, complaint hotlines, audits, mediations/facilitations, expert witnessing and one-on-one counseling to employers around the country.

While there are many “human resource consulting” firms currently in business, few are comparable to EPS. By utilizing formerly practicing employment attorneys to provide all core services, the quality of EPS’s service is beyond compare.

  • EPS is a Preferred Provider for The Chubb Insurance Company’s Loss Prevention Consultation Services. Chubb will reimburse its EPL insured's up to 50% of the cost of EPS’ prevention services up to 10% of the policy premium. EPS’s training and investigation services, among others, are included in the services reimbursed.
  • EPS is an Approved Provider status from the Human Resource Certification Institute, the leading independent, internationally recognized certifying body for the HR Professional.
